Merry Christmas from Quantock Ecology
As the year comes to an end, its fair to say it has been an extremely hard and difficult year for thousands of people across the country, due to the unprecedented results of the coronavirus pandemic. With everyone looking forward to sharing Christmas with family and friends this year, this has also sadly been impacted and is certainly not the end of a year people were looking for. Having said that, we hope everyone is able to have some time to relax and enjoy the festive season.
Luckily for us, we have had a busy survey season and have undertaken an array of protected species and habitat surveys across the country. We also welcomed Alastair Blake to the team, who joined us in June as a Consultant Ecologist.
After a busy survey season we will be taking a short break, and will be closed from 3pm on Wednesday 23rd December until Monday 4th January 2021.
What’s New for 2021?
Like many, its difficult to plan much at this stage for 2021 due to the amount of uncertainty speculated for the New Year. However, with our expanding team we are planning on moving to a larger office here at Prockters Farm next year, with a new university student planned to join us on placement in the summer. We are also planning on growing our team with the addition of a new consultant, which offers some excitement and positivity for next year.
We would like to thank all of our valued clients for their continued support, and wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous 2021.
